Smoothie.
I know, it looks like I do not know anything else but smoothies, however, when summer comes, I must be honest - that is kind of my main food. Now as we have fresh blueberries in the market I could not help but blend some. This one is perfect for breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of Blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of Almond milk
- 1-2 medjool dates (depends on how sweet you prefer)
- 2 tbs of linseeds/flaxseeds
- Few ice cubes (because it does taste better cold)
Optional:
- 2 tbs of toasted sunflower seeds for topping
METHOD:
Everything goes to blender except for one medjool date - that one I leave for the end, in case I need to add more sweetness to it. Last touch - toast some sunflower seed for topping and sprinkle over. YUM!
